We would like to share with you the following update:
Louie Gallego, RN will be stepping away from his role as the Assistant Director of Care to pursue further career opportunities. Louie will remain with the Origin Health and Wellness team within a nursing capacity.
As we move through this transition, Melissa Bonner, RN will oversee the Health and Wellness team and resident health needs in the interim.
